Rey is a three year old German Shepherd/Husky mix. She was rescued through HUGS (Heartland German Shepherd Rescue). She is calm and very sweet. Rey has been trained. She is a certified therapy dog through the organization, Love on a Leash. Rey enjoys volunteering! She often goes to nursing homes and the public library to volunteer.
At home, Rey loves to run around outside and play with her toys. Rey also enjoys cuddling with her furry brother, Baxter. She also loves her food.
Rey will be at Willowdale on Wednesdays. While Rey is at school, she will enjoy being around students, being read to, and getting belly rubs! She will always follow Mrs. Meyer, our reading interventionist. Rey started coming to school last year, after her video debut during the spring of 2020. We are anxious to have her back. She has a lot of fans! Rey is learning how to be a wonderful Wildcat!
